A curtain-sided tautliner is generally used for LTL and groupage shipments. It is easily accessible for loading and unloading from the sides, which makes it a perfect choice for LTL/groupage or for large and heavy shipments where long or heavy pieces need to be loaded from the sides or from the top using a crane.

This type of trailer offers the advantage of flexible loading and unloading for different customers and allows combining multiple shipments in one vehicle. The truck can also be loaded from the top by crane if required.
